 Our fees

The fee we charged per annum is based on the percentage of the portfolio values we are managing on your behalf. GST is payable on all fees.

All fees will be deducted from the client’s Cash Transaction Account on monthly in arrears.

The Portfolio Management Fee per annum as a percentage of the portfolio values we are managing:

§  NZ$0 ~ NZ$2.5M: 1.3%

§  NZ$2.5M+: 0.67%

Please note that these are the maximum fees I charge and a reasonable estimate of what fees you will pay. The correct fees applicable for each client will be clearly documented in writing in the statement of advice which I will provide to you.

 Fee rebates

In all instances, commissions and trails paid by the investment product provider for the funds invested by the client will be credited to the client’s Cash Transaction Account. It is my policy to rebate all commissions and trails for wrap clients.

 Commission

There are situations in which [I/my employer/my employer and I/my principal/my principal and I] will be paid by other organisations. How much that payment will depend on the decisions that you make. (This only applies to Kiwisaver.)

 Conflict of interest

The directors of Foundry Asset Management Limited are paid primarily by drawings and shareholder salary.

All advisors are paid based upon the client fee revenue growth.

Non-monetary benefits (soft dollar disclosure)

How we Manage any conflict of interest

We manage any conflicts of interest in relation to the remuneration received by the company by making an upfront full disclosure of the fees and remuneration to the clients before they make their decision about proceeding with the recommendations made to them via the Statement of Advice. In addition, I use appropriate product research provided by Morningstar to ensure that the products I recommend to the client are suitable for their needs and are not influenced by the remuneration associated with them.
